Refund Policy

We want you to be confident buying Sendwin. Every paid plan is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee: if Sendwin isn't right for you, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
1. The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a paid Sendwin subscription (Pro or Team, monthly or annual billing).
- You have 7 calendar days from the date of the first charge to request a refund.
- Refunds under this guarantee are issued in full, to the original payment method.
- The guarantee can be used once per customer.
2. What Is Not Covered
- Renewal charges. Subscriptions renew automatically; renewal payments are not eligible for the 7-day guarantee. You can cancel anytime from the portal and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period — so cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us and we'll review it.
- Usage-based add-ons (for example extra data) that have already been consumed.
- Requests made more than 7 days after the first charge.
- Accounts closed for a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country (for example, in the EU or UK).
3. Try Before You Buy
You don't need to pay to evaluate Sendwin: the desktop app comes with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure Sendwin fits your workflow before subscribing.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] from the email address on your Sendwin account (or include it in your message), within 7 days of the charge.
- Mention the plan you purchased and, if you can, the reason you're leaving — it's optional, but it helps us improve.
- We'll confirm and process the refund within 3–5 business days.
5. How Refunds Are Paid
- Refunds go back to the original payment method via our payment processor (acting as merchant of record where applicable). We cannot redirect refunds to a different card or account.
- After the processor issues the refund, your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.
- Once a refund is issued, your account moves to the Free plan. Your local profiles stay on your machine; access to paid features (cloud sync, cloud sessions, sharing, team seats) ends.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — a refund from us is faster than a chargeback investigation. Accounts with open payment disputes may be suspended while the dispute is resolved.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and apply to purchases made after that date.
